What are delivery charges on orders ?

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide Free Standard Shipping from our warehouses by ePacket or EMS.

Which payment methods are accepted ?

Payments methods include PayPal only, but we're working to include more payment solutions as soon as possible!

PayPal is a safer, easier way to send and receive money online. When you select PayPal as the payment method, you will be linked to the PayPal site where you can make payment.

PayPal can be used to purchase items by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, or E-check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account).

1) After viewing your items on your shopping cart page, you can click and check out with PayPal. Then you will leave our site and enter PayPal’s website.
2) You can sign in to your PayPal account, or you can create a new one if you haven’t got one.
3) You can use the PayPal as you want according to the on-screen instructions.

The reasons why we suggest you use PayPal:
Payment is traceable. By using your PayPal account, you can trace the status of your payment.
When you make payment for your order, you don’t need to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account). When you use your credit card through PayPal, you're 100% safe with your purchases, nobody will see your credit card number, which will minimize the risk of unauthorized use.

How long will delivery take ?

Shipping time :

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

 

United States                    : 7-20 Business days.
Canada                             : 10-20 Business days.
Australia, New Zealand    : 10-30 Business days.
Europe                              : 10-20 Business days.
Brazil, Argentina, Russia  :  20-35 business days.
All Others                          : 15-45 Business days.

*This doesn’t include our 2-4 days processing time.


If you have not received your order within the time frame listed above, then please allow at least 1-2 more days prior to contacting us to check on the status of your shipping.

We will notify you with a tracking number by email when your items have been shipped. It can take a few days following order shipment before the Tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.

Where are my items coming from ?

Although our fulfillment center is located in Canada, some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, Germany, United Kingdom and China.

Will my items be sent in one package ?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

Can i cancel my order ?

Order cancellation :

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

Do you have a phone number i can call ?

We’d love to answer your questions! We know the decision to omit phone support is unusual, but after experimenting with different approaches, we’ve found that contacting our customers via email and instant chat enables us to provide the fastest response. We focus on providing fast and high quality responses this way, so you’re always talking to a human that can help first-hand.
